I used the app for a local return truck, but when I went to get the truck at the agreed upon location there was no truck available. They didn't notify me either in a text or email. When I contacted customer support, I ask if if I could rent a one way close to the location where my daughter was moving from back to my location. They said there was none available. They did find a truck 47 miles away from my location, but I had to return the truck to that location. It cost me a $100 in milage and the extra cost in fuel. My questions are why didn't you contact me when no truck was aviable, and why did I have to make new arrangements to find a truck when you knew you did not have a truck available locally. I know this complaint will go unanswered, that is why next time I will rent from one of your competitors even if they charge a higher rate.
Justin ThompsonThe 24/7 share program could use some updating as it took me over an hour to get moving with the rental truck. Customer service agents sounded irritated due to Uhaul errors. I wasn't offered any compensation or incentives for the pickup and drop off inconvenience.

Tiffany CashDriver side window does not seal correctly resulting in excessive wind noise. Check engine light was on. Vehicle smelled of dirt, needs new filters. Have wifi access for customers to speed up check in/out process. Spent 45 minutes trying to finalize rental which all could have been handled before I ever arrived.
Allen CreechAs advertised on the truck, there is a place on the bill that says $20 for one day. I thought it couldn't be true and it's not. Once you add this and that the bill was more than 3X. It could never be $20. I realize you have to make a profit but you lied. Honesty is always better!

MARY TAYLORI reserved an appliance dolly and received a regular dolly with no straps. This made it very difficult to move a washer and dryer. I don’t think this was the fault of Store Here Self Storage. They were not the location that I originally had my reservation with. I blame U-HAUL corporate for this.
