The truck had ants. The ubs chargers did not work. The psssenger lock was broken. The check engine light was on. It was a terrible truck.

The storage site for the rental was great. The issue is with the exceptionally poor condition of the truck rented and the high price of the mileage ($1.29/mile). For a small move to a nearby city it cost us over $300 for one day which is ridiculous. Definitely not renting with UHaul ever again and would recommend everyone to price compare and use other providers which offer cheaper options.

First, I made a reservation fof a 10 ft truck. Got a call and was told the closest available was a out 10 miles away. An extra 20.9 in miles. Cancelled reservation a d found a rental much closer. First, you shouldnt advertised a product you suposedly do not have. I say do not have because I drove right past my original reservation office and there were 2 trucks sitting there.

When requested equipment to move it was not in the truck. Then was double booked for the U-Haul and asked to come back earlier than booked for.

The mobile drop off process was rather cumbersome. It was hard getting the online app to accept all the pictures (more were required than in the video example).
