Another unmanned facility (during normal business hours) and the app did not fully work so, I echo that unmanned facilities are terrible for customer service.

PARANDA WI would never recommend UhAul moving trucks to anyone I rented a truck one way 2 times the first time the brakes went out coming down the mountain stuck on side of highway in the dark for hours the most recent one way rental it wasn’t the truck I reserved months in advance which took me out of my budget the truck was twice the size i needed spent almost $700 for gas windshield wipers didn’t work had to cut my drive time in half truck was shaking excessively battery light on dash was on couldn’t charge my phones both times this company put me and my kids life in danger

Highly recommend renting from this place. I've been to others in the past and it's as if they want to make it more difficult for you on purpose.

Patricia NI scheduled the truck for 2:30 didn’t get it until after 3:00. The truck was filthy I had to clean it. I was disgusted by what was on the truck used condoms and mini bottles of alcohol lighters etc. The customer service was ok.

K CThe furniture dolly wasn’t inside and we had rented it and paid it. The process to get it took over 40 minutes from 12:00. We left the pick up location 49 minutes after due to very bad wifi service in that area. I took pictures of the truck and I couldn’t submit it as prior pictures were uploaded and didn’t let me upload mine. I didn’t get a re riot with my actual charge.

MICHAL EI was originally given the address for the other office to pick up our truck, so we had to drive across town in a lot of traffic to get it, but luckily our moving help was running behind. Otherwise we would have been in trouble. Aside from that, the woman who was working with me through the whole process was super helpful, and all went well!

Seemson LNo human contact. If one is not savvy with phone apps, this transaction could not have happened. Overall, no issues except the customer has to do all of the work - no onsite customer service. Just not a fan of 'self check out' when renting a moving truck.

Steve MI had a great experience with the woman working the front desk. She was very professional, friendly, and informative. She explained the process very clearly and answered all my questions. My only issue was with the rental truck itself. The front driver's side tire/wheel shakes pretty significantly while driving, especially once you reach speeds above 40 mph. Other than it being a rather uncomfortable ride, the truck was pretty clean.
