Joesph BWe scheduled a pick up for Saturday at the Napier Ave location Saturday morning. We received a text stating we would need to pick it up on Pionono Ave and a few minutes later we received a text telling us to pick it up on Riverside Dr. due to the changes, we lost valuable moving time. We scheduled the drop off for Sunday at Rocky’s on Russell Pkwy in a different town and we received a text telling us to drop it off in Macon on Riverside Dr. all of this confusion cost time that we did not have.

JULIA HIf you guarantee a reservation time online, honor that. Tracey the dealer customer service agent was not about customer service. Has an attitude and did not want to help. Added coverage after u declined it and then said it was auto generated and she couldn’t fix it.
