I had to drop the truck off in the dark and the signage and explanation of how and where to do so on the lot was poor at best. It took me in a friend 15–20 minutes just to find the key dropbox and where I'm supposed to park the truck.

There was nobody working there, it's basically a junkyard. But it was easy to park our truck because there was space

Easy drop off. I wish I didn’t have to download an app to return the trailer. Easy though. Very helpful UHaul phone support.
