Richard TAgain, poor business model to have a storage facility employee dealing with mistakes created by U-haul. The guy helped us out on the final costs (again, because NOTHING matched to what we'd been told by phone or at the pickup location). He said he was going to get yelled at by his boss because he charged us less that what the system showed because .. again ... U-haul screwed up.
JAMES KI rent Uhaul trailers fairly often. This is best experience I have had.

Jethro P45 minutes from my location! Wasted 1.5 hours to pickup a 6x12 trailer in Greeley. Strange that none was available in Denver or Longmont.

Frank MIt was really really hard to do the pickup. There is hardly any cell service to do the 24/7 app. It took us over an hour to get it checked out. Then I only had two hours for the truck. Was very inconvenient.

The trailer lights worked properly. The trailer brakes worked well. No issues pulling it a thousand miles to our destination.

Julio RWe were on the phone for an hour and ahalf with a lady at U-Haul customer service in Phoenix. We needed to download on our phone to get the keys to the truck. She said we needed to show our location on our phones to download the agreement. Our phones showed us at the U-Haul pickup location, We didn't get the keys and had to stay overnight in a hotel until the next day when there was someone in the office. Had to cancel our loading people. Wasn't a very enjoyable experience. Put us a day behind when we got to Lincoln,NE because we had to cancel our unloaders. Not happy!!!!!!!!!!

Gina CWe had several issues with uhaul but not the specific location. Our service at the pickup was good, though slow because of computer issues with the main corporate offices. Uhaul, as a company, does not seem responsive to its customers, cancelled our reservation a day before pickup date with no other options given. It took several hours and many phone calls to luckily track down a trailer about an hour away. No apologies, no rebates, no concern for our situation. And it happens to a lot of customers apparently. I would not count on uhaul if you have other options.

Ariel MThe drop off location was changed from what I was told upon rental. The new place I had to take it to was not convenient. We finished with trailer 2 days early and I wanted to return it on Saturday, but the location was closed. I was originally told I could return it when a location was closed, but the phone call I received from Uhaul said I would be liable if it was stolen. That meant I had to keep it until Monday, borrow another truck to bring back the Uhaul car trailer we had rented. Got to the location at 9:00 am. They were supposed to open at 8:30. Nobody showed up until 9:15. Super frustrating and I’ll never rent from Uhaul again

Sherri PThe tire straps were a bit short those could be at least 10-12 inches longer. The trailer as far as towing and hook up was excellent. Was very easy to use and worked great for what we towed. The gentleman at the center was excellent, friendly and helpful is all aspects. Total thumbs up to him. I would recommend u haul because of him and equipment… Of all past experiences in the past this was far the best. Thank you very much …

PAT CThere was no problem with the way the location was run looked or anything like that. The problem was I had reserved a trailer in Longmont, CO, which is 15 minutes from my home, but was advised the night before I was to pick it up, that I would be going to Greeley which is an hour from my home. If your web service is not reliable then don't have it!!! I had a schedule to meet, which was very hard having to add an 2 hours or more to it, because of your reservation system.

Melissa BWas charged an extra $93.00 for what. I returned the truck clean, over a quarter tank of gas, no damage, trailer no damage. Took 45 minutes to get a refund. Was on hold most of the time. Did get refund.

RAYMOND PBooked a drop off with them for Saturday morning. This was done through the online booking so seemed to be no problem. Got there Saturday morning and no one was there. They were off for the holiday which was fine except it caused me to have to drop the trailer off there through the app and the delay in figuring out where they were ( on hold with 2 different uhaul departments) and then going through the app caused the drop off time to be a little late, like 1.5 hours. So now uhaul is charging me an extra day for the trailer which is unfair. I have explained this in the online drop off but no one contacted me. I know you don’t have to worry about customer satisfaction because you’re the only game in town, but you could have at least called before you charged for the extra day.

Jeremy SOur rental pickup time was 9am. No one was at the location. When I called the location phone number a lady named Kim answered. She was at a different location and at first had the attitude of "oh well", the agent for your pickup location wife is in labor and you'll just have to go to another location or download the app and self checkin. We returned the truck with alot more gas then when picked up and still were charged for going slightly over miles. Not a great start, this delayed our moving time. Kim finally agreed to met me at our orginal pickup location....35 mins after our scheduled pickup time. Attitude was not aporeciated.
Sue FYou have a person named Kim located at your 4753 west 10 st in Greeley Co. she helped me get the truck. I called your 800 number and waited 20 minutes. After I failed to check in on line, Kim helped set up my pick up. Kim should get a raise. Five stars to her.
David BI pulled in at 3:30 pm to return the truck. The sign said the manager was running errands and would be back soon. At 4:00 pm I tried calling the number on the sign and got voicemail. At 4:15 I tried calling the customer service number on the contract and sat on hold for 20 minutes. Finally I hung up and used the online after hours return because it was 5 pm and the office hours were over.
