The location was great! The improvement that could be done is make a better truck. It rides terribly, bad alignment, horribly loud, no cruise control is hard. The people are very nice but sadly the truck wasn’t fun to drive at all.
Tiffany AThis is getting to be wayyy to expensive to rent a truck for the day. It used to be 90 bucks. Cmon man make it feasible so I don’t go broke getting your truck. Unhappy with the price. Outrageous. It’s expensive enough to move .
Koby KCaleb was great. Location was easy to navigate and park the trailer. Although I had a refund request, Caleb couldn't help but explained to me what to do in order to get my refund approved. Customer Service, issue a refund request and everything went great. I will use Uhaul again and again in the future.
