Trailers need tongue jacks very hard for one person to hitch.

Tim S.While the 15' moving van was operational, it was not clean. Windshield was covered in bug splatter , cup holders had not been cleaned . When I went to pick up the van I was informed that there was no blankets or dolly's available, not a complete deal breaker but really?. I had ordered the moving van 3 weeks prior! In summary, although I do appreciate the convenience of using this uhaul location I doubt that I will use them again. I would recommend uhaul to a friend but not this location.

Quality W.You seriously need improvement on the mobile uhaul stuff. It didn't work. Had the drop off locations address wrong. Took an hour to get it turned in and then we were charged for bring late so there's that. Renting a uhaul should not be so stressful or take up so much time.

We were not instructed where to pull through to pick up the van and was stuck behind a locked gate. However, that is not a deal breaker. I drove out of my way to use STORE It due to the reviews of the closet retailer their reviews for their business is sub par.
Tammy P.Impossible to lift the tongue of trailer by yourself. Had to go get my own Jack to raise the trailer to hookup and then reverse the to in- hook. Need to provide a Jack of some sort!

Although this was my first visit to their hardware store, I am certain that it will not be my last. An employee of the business connected the car dolly and offered safety pointers while standing in the rain. I was impressed with this business throughout this transaction. My college age granddaughters might expect this type service but it is not common in today's world for an old, bald guy like me. Thanks again.

john G.The employee on duty did not know how to use the computer and was not familiar with the process or the rental equipment available! I had reserved the equipment (in person) FOUR days prior to picking it up. Upon arriving to get the equipment the employee couldn't find my records and didn't appear to know how to operate the computer. It took 45 minutes to re-register and actually get the equipment. Better employee training would result in better customer satisfaction.
James W.We had to drive 1/2 hour in the opposite direction to pick up the vehicle instead of the location we requested closer to home. They would not deliver the truck to the location we requested. When we turned the truck in, they noticed that the backup lights were inoperable and we noticed that the tires on the right rear were wore down to the wearbars.
Patricia S.My original reservation got messed up by you all. So instead of driving 8 miles to get the truck I had to drive 45 miles one way which at $1.00 a mile cost me an extra 74.00 dollars. You all never offered me a discount even though it was your all's mistake. I don't think I will recommend U-haul to people just for that reason.
jay D.Whe9 u reserve a uhual at a certain location dont text the next day before u pick it up and tell me it not there then tell me i have to go 20 miles farther grom orginal pick up arez and say its alrigjt and say its another customer fault that its not there. Ujual could have drove it therebfrom the other location but they didnt and when i call to talk to the manager he wouldn't get on the phone. Poor customer relationship but i know me venting wont help out because u people dont care one bit.
