My original reservation got messed up by you all. So instead of driving 8 miles to get the truck I had to drive 45 miles one way which at $1.00 a mile cost me an extra 74.00 dollars. You all never offered me a discount even though it was your all’s mistake. I don’t think I will recommend U-haul to people just for that reason.

Whe9 u reserve a uhual at a certain location dont text the next day before u pick it up and tell me it not there then tell me i have to go 20 miles farther grom orginal pick up arez and say its alrigjt and say its another customer fault that its not there. Ujual could have drove it therebfrom the other location but they didnt and when i call to talk to the manager he wouldn't get on the phone. Poor customer relationship but i know me venting wont help out because u people dont care one bit.

Get a bigger sign...visible from road. We were looking for a Uhaul sign and couldn’t see it! Down in a ditch.

Very dirty inside, some of the lights did not work. Where it was parked in the grass I had to get help to hook it up to my vehicle. You could not move it.

Your online system said I had a 6:45 PM pickup. I arrived at 6:15 and the place was closed. I got the after hours number and got the owner to open. I was expected to connect the trailer myself with no sakery check. I had to request one. Also one tire had a leak. Most likely empty when I picked it up. When loses the next day the trip was empty. I charger to 55 psi and three hours later it was 40 psi. I informed the location of the bad tire.

The first time I went to pick It up the Strap to strap vehicle on trailer was warn down and wouldn’t reach across the tire.The second time I picked it up it was the same way had to modify to haul vehicle the trailer was supposed to have been fixed the day before but it was the same way the second day I picked it up

It's not real obvious that this is a Uhaul location. More signage would be helpful. I completely did not see the Uhaul dropbox on the side of the building and the website points to a former business that occupied the same building - that was confusing.

Clerk had not cleaned the unit, and it was filthy in both the cab and the truck box.I rented the unit at one location via the internet, and had to drive an extra 15 miles to pickup the unit. The hand truck/dolly that I also rented had no way to fasten it in the truck, so it rolled around when the truck was unloaded and on the road. The rolling door in the back had a broken track wheel. The sales guy appeared to be very new to this type of transaction, and therefore unsure of what he needed to do.

the pick up employee was very friendly but struggled a bit with the computer , took a little longer to pick up than i would have liked but he made up for it since he was apologetic.
