The woman that waited on us was nice and very knowledgeable. The only negative I experienced was more of a comment for Uhaul corporate: I am not fond of advertising that I can rent a truck for $19.99 and then paying $115. I realize that I purchased the insurance and there were taxes and then mileage was extra... I got all of that. But at the end of the day I thought I was going to spend $20 to rent a truck for four hours and it ended up being $120. That doesn't make people want to rent trucks very often.

Vet your movers better! This entire experience with UHaul has been one nightmare after another! I have been very inconvenienced with the procedures, last minute changes, movers with bad attitudes that broke so much of my furniture and electronics. This is the second time since October I have had to deal with incompetence of this level. I will never recommend this company and will be filing claims to pay for all of the damage.

I don't appreciate all the hidden charges like $20 for "after hours service" which means i paid a penalty for returning the vehicle EARLY. What is advertised at 19.95/day cost me $353.00...for 4 days...moving forward I will not use this company.

When it comes to checking in I was told to make sure I check in on my phone before 9am and I did that, but wasn't aware you have to be in the parking lot I dropped my truck off and still got charged an extra 25 dollars when on my phone it stated that the check-in was success etc. I have always used this service but this was the worse experience ever and I will never use nor recommend this location again!

UHaul customer service is a joke. Movers didn't arrive at all. Truck rental process was flawed with password and GPS issues. Terrible experience. Go with someone else.

they don't come out to help you hook up. you're told to go hook up and drive back so they can see how you did. the lady fixed how i had chain hooked up. she said uhaul policy is to have it this way. how am i supposed to know that?. would have been easier to come out with me and helped. also, it was a 6 x 12 trailer, if i wasn't in shape, i could have never picked that up just myself.

Explain your new policy regarding Sunday return and using the app. I have rented numerous times in the past and never charged for Sunday. Not only did I have to drive back to the dealer to check in my return via the app and take pictures (not explained in advance) but then got charged an extra day, doubling my rental because it had then been more than 24 hours. NEVER WARNED of this. Done with that location for sure, done with U-Haul if I can find a suitable alternative. Congrats on your new app. I hope your revenue gains are worth your lost customers.

Truck was not dirty. You charged me for 2 cleanings. It's not after hours if its while you're open.

I was charged $25 for cleaning the truck up when it was Cleaned and only used to pickup a used Tanning Bed and had no dirt or wrapping . This was wrong and dishonest. I will never use UHaul again.

The lug nuts on every tire were dangerously loose. Not only could they be hand tightened they needed several cranks with a socket set AND one of the tires didn't even match in size. Safety was clearly no concern. Check these trailers well if you rent one.

Use of uhaul app not explained properly. I would not work right. I learned you have to use the email address you use to reserve the truck. For it to work. They should pass that on

The truck was clean but it had a strong cigarette smell. The two people I had with me had to drive their own car, it was that bad. Also, I booked this on-line without the insurance but my final bill I had to sign on return had the charge in there. I did not ask for it. I returned after hours and there was no one there to ask about it.

Truck that I was provided should not be on the road. Repair it or decommission it. Driver side mirror would not stay in place, making it very unsafe. The cab shook violently while driving o n the highway. There was only a quarter tank of gas in the truck. Very disappointing moving experience.

First, told me they had no reservations, then after telling them I didn't want insurance because my insurance covered the trailer, still tried to leave it on and couldn't remove it. I helped her find a way to take it off. Then gave me the unit number, told me to drive up once I connected it. Previous experiences they have hooked it up for me, assumed that's standard procedure, guess not. BTW, I'm perfectly fine hooking up myself, but what if someone isn't as experienced as I am?! Great pulling trailer!! Went to return it, she did it on computer, said. Ok. You are checked in...so I had to find a place to drop it off and unhook it. She never set eyes on it while I was there.

The APP experience was HORRIBLE. The app did not work at the location due to poor connectivity. Aside from that, it keep asking for additional contact info. I added two of my kids. They woke up one and disturbed the other. I had already given the number for my wife and they NEVER reached out to her. The blankets I reserved were not there. The office was closed even though the web said it opened at 9 am. When I reserved online the message was "Congratulations! You just saved 15 minutes when you show up to pick up your truck." It took me 45 minutes to be able to access the key to the vehicle. NEVER again I am renting from you, ON top of all this, your price per mileage is 30 cents higher than others like Budget. I choose your truck because you were closer and the site said you were open. I absolutely regret it. More money, extremely annoying, got me in a bad mood, frustrated and very disappointed. TERRIBLE!

Location charged me for an additional day. My reservation said return Monday. I dropped it off by 3 PM on Monday and left my contract in the drop box since they were closed. They called to confirm they had the trailer, then billed me an extra $31.57.

The location I reserved the trailer from did not have it available, claiming it was stolen. Therefore, I had to find another facility. The person at the new location was extremely helpful in getting the reservation switched over, and I was able to get the trailer in time.

We had a mix up on the mileage when we dropped the truck off, but did not notice it until we got home looking at the receipt. When i went by there the next day to ask about it they were courteous and made the correction with no problems. We will definitely rent from this location in the future.
