Dolly rentals are not available at pick up if you choose to do self checkout. I think all moving supplies should be available to purchase even in the self service app

Matthew K.My work truck broke down so my wife scheduled a pick up we had to Uber down there we was told we had to make no deposit what a great deal Bull, I had to walk through a jungle to the pilot with my wife to the pilot to put more money on my card still never got the combination for the lock to get ur keys after hours then 2 cops show up asking me why we were hanging out ,apparently the U-Haul couple told the police that anyway we planned on extending our rental for more than the 2 days only to find out we can't rent from U-Haul again we were threatened that we stole it and they was going call the man in which they denied but you can tell the atmosphere it was obvious finally they showed up to my house with an attitude to get it The couple that works here are very strange and judgmental the lady tried to present like she will help you but trust me it's obvious they didn't want us here it's cool though they reminded me of the couple from people under the stairs I kept feeling like her husband was going pop out of a wall covered in leather with a shotgun Please people stay away from these people I'll bet they got people trapped in a storage unit
Kerry B.I was charged $25 for "not folding the moving blankets". There were 10 of them, a minute's worth. It would have taken 5-7 seconds for someone to have told me that up front and I'd have folded the stupid blankets. What a bs tack-on charge.

Plus they did not have the pads we requested, or the appliance dolly!!! Not very good as far as that goes. But the lady workin was good

Kevin J.Absolutely abysmal experience. Went to reserve a van, and the website wouldn't let me select a time when a human would be present. I was forced to use the virtual pick up at 6am. Horrible. I had to sit in my car for 15+ minutes while somebody called my “selected contacts†at 6:10 on a Saturday morning. According to my contacts, the calls were less than 20 seconds long and pointless. Before I could get my key, I was charged nearly double what I was promised when I made the reservation. Halfway to my destination, I received a call from UHaul saying that I had to move my car. I had parked my car at the farthest end of the parking lot. There were no signs, no communication that cars could not be parked…in the parking lot. I was expected to turn around, drive all the way back, and move my car to a space that was not available at the pick up time. I was then told that if I wasn't back in time, my car would be locked behind the gate. I was charged for those extra miles. Van was perfectly passable. When I returned the van, I asked why I was charged nearly double what I had seen on the website a few days earlier. The attendant couldn't adequately explain the charges, especially the seemingly duplicate “rental fee†and “rental charge.†I was also charged a flat “mileage fee.†I asked if this was the final total, and he said no, that “they†will count my miles and charge accordingly. At the end of the horrible experience, I was charged nearly triple the original estimate. I cannot stress enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with U-Haul.

GEORGE P.I was 100% satisfied with my rental. Angela did a great job of explaining the process, and helpful with my rental days to have the best experience. I returned a day early and although it was a Sunday my email receipt was exactly correct.

Kevin J.The truck was clean and had a windshield cover which helped a lot with the heat. It had a terrible transmission though that constantly downshifted while coasting downhill then got stuck in the lower gear even when the accelerator or brake was applied. This made it a nightmare to drive over the mountains and keep an eye on traffic especially going though construction zones with concrete barriers on both sides. Additionally, it had less pulling power than the 15ft truck towing a 12ft trailer. The check out and check in service very easy and quick. The equipment this time was really bad.
Spencer B.They make me do all of the hook up didn't even inspect my lights,that later find out the brakes lights didn't work,and to top it off they overcharged me for an extra day,will never do business with this location again
Victor J.The uhaul drove horrible it was out of alignment and seemed like it had no shocks or suspension at all i called uhaul and the said its normal but it bounced and vibrated the entire time its was moving
Michael F.The store and staff were excellent; no suggestions for improvement. One suggestion would be helpful is to add a feature to the website/app that informs customers who are renting a trailer all of the needed connection items, such as size of ball hitch and lighting wire adapter plug.
