How U-Haul Reviews WorkAngela was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our pick up location was changed to the Beckwith location and they did not have the proper requested trailer, this was due to the poorer customer service from the reservation agent we spoke to during our initial phone reservation. However the local agents at both locations we spoke to were able to resolve our issues and get use the equipment needed. In spite of the issues with the phone agent, which caused us to loose 3 hours and gas running back and forth, Angela at the Tater peeler location was a gem to work with and we would recommend her location.
Chadd RI will only rent from this uhual dealer because of the lady that’s works at this storage facility.
CHRISTOPHER KWe were charged a $28 ridicules cleaning fee because left an unopened bottle water.
