Horrible experience told it would be cheaper to have an intown rental and it definitely wasn't!

Dorthey D.I was supposed to get 2 dozen blankets. The blankets were not in the truck so I went inside to ask and was told they haven't had blankets in some time. Someone could have called, text or emailed me so I could get blankets from another location. Waiting until I pick up the truck is not acceptable and of course I had no time to drive 45 minutes one way to pick up blankets. Movers were coming to load the truck within an hour. 5 minutes of someone's time to warn me blankets are not available would have resulted in a 5 star rating but laziness got them a 2-star.
