I ended up receiving a text the morning of my reservation saying that the 15' vehicle I reserved would not be available, but that a 20' vehicle would be offered at no upcharge. When I arrived at Store Smart Self Storage, the representative stated that there was no 20' vehicle for me to rent. As she was trying to work through the situation, she was very nice in spite of my frustration at the possibility of not having a vehicle though I reserved it several days ago. She did a really good job dealing with the situation and somehow I did end up with a 15' vehicle. My only constructive feedback would be this: as she was working through the issue, she mentioned that the issue was with vehicle routing (I'm sure that's not the exact phrase). As a frustrated customer, I was not really concerned with whether this was an independent rental location, part of the corporate-owned locations, or anything else. At the end of the day, I am viewing this as a UHAUL rental and don't really need any discussion of fault being with someone else that I can't see. Again, at the end of the day, I drove away in a vehicle within 20 minutes of my arrival and the lady was super nice.
Christopher LIt would have been nice to be able to return the trailer the night before. Some way for me to confirm that I returned it. I didn’t have a key to it, so I didn’t know what to do. I just came back the next morning. But returning it went smooth! Thanks!

micheal eI gave a 3-star instead of a 4-star because they did not have the appliance hand-truck that I reserved online. We were moving a washer and dryer and that would have been very beneficial had we had it.

Clasherrol EEverything was GREAT! The lady that checked me out was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that I would recommend is to do some maintenance and care on the tow dolly. The ratchet were very rusty and this made it difficult to ratchet the straps down.

LETISHA LI had a different location initially, but Uhaul wasn’t aware that the trucks in that location did not have the Truck Share ability. My father dropped me off at said location, and left. I then found out that these trucks weren’t going to work after my dad had already left. So I was sitting at the initial location, in 20° weather by myself. They booked me a new truck a mile away, at the Store Smart location. I had to walk to the nearest gas station and have a friend pick me up to take me. I was extremely frustrated. That said, Store Smart are extremely kind people, and they made the process easier, once I reached them.
TYLER MI included furniture pads in my rental, but the location had none at the time of pickup. This was very inconvenient since I had to find another location with furniture pads. Customers should be able to count on locations to have the requested supplies.

Absolutely ridiculous that it took multiple attempts on the app and phone for over an hour to pick up a vehicle. Dolly holder in the vehicle was broken so it kept sliding around
