6'x12' trailer didn't have a trailer jack on it and I got a hernia lifting trailer that will require surgery to fix.....as u can imagine I am extremely UNHAPPY about.....WHY DON'T UR TRAILERS HAVE TRAILER JACKS??!!LAURENCE H.

This wasn't my initial drop off location. My initial drop off location refused the drop as they were "too full and had too many Uhaul products." I brought it to this location as directed by a UHaul representative, and it happened to be outside of the normal business hours. They tried to charge be a service fee for dropping outside of business hours as well as a cleaning fee, despite receiving the trailer in dirty condition. There needs to be communication between UHaul and their locations prevent this from happening.Brendan L.

I cleaned the truck w a broom the best I could. It is super muddy here due to the weather. I was charged 33$ because they say it was filthy. No wonder the lady didn't want to come out and inspect the truck before I left. Not acceptable. As a small business owner here who was hoping to use the UHAUL branch again, I can honestly say you have lost my business.KAREN C.

The woman that waited on us was nice and very knowledgeable. The only negative I experienced was more of a comment for Uhaul corporate: I am not fond of advertising that I can rent a truck for $19.99 and then paying $115. I realize that I purchased the insurance and there were taxes and then mileage was extra... I got all of that. But at the end of the day I thought I was going to spend $20 to rent a truck for four hours and it ended up being $120. That doesn't make people want to rent trucks very often.Melissa C.
Vet your movers better! This entire experience with UHaul has been one nightmare after another! I have been very inconvenienced with the procedures, last minute changes, movers with bad attitudes that broke so much of my furniture and electronics. This is the second time since October I have had to deal with incompetence of this level. I will never recommend this company and will be filing claims to pay for all of the damage.Cindy S.

When it comes to checking in I was told to make sure I check in on my phone before 9am and I did that, but wasn't aware you have to be in the parking lot I dropped my truck off and still got charged an extra 25 dollars when on my phone it stated that the check-in was success etc. I have always used this service but this was the worse experience ever and I will never use nor recommend this location again!Gabriel H.

they don't come out to help you hook up. you're told to go hook up and drive back so they can see how you did. the lady fixed how i had chain hooked up. she said uhaul policy is to have it this way. how am i supposed to know that?. would have been easier to come out with me and helped. also, it was a 6 x 12 trailer, if i wasn't in shape, i could have never picked that up just myself.dave T.

Explain your new policy regarding Sunday return and using the app. I have rented numerous times in the past and never charged for Sunday. Not only did I have to drive back to the dealer to check in my return via the app and take pictures (not explained in advance) but then got charged an extra day, doubling my rental because it had then been more than 24 hours. NEVER WARNED of this. Done with that location for sure, done with U-Haul if I can find a suitable alternative. Congrats on your new app. I hope your revenue gains are worth your lost customers.David B.

I was charged $25 for cleaning the truck up when it was Cleaned and only used to pickup a used Tanning Bed and had no dirt or wrapping . This was wrong and dishonest. I will never use UHaul again.Donald C.

The lug nuts on every tire were dangerously loose. Not only could they be hand tightened they needed several cranks with a socket set AND one of the tires didn't even match in size. Safety was clearly no concern. Check these trailers well if you rent one.Steve Y.
Use of uhaul app not explained properly. I would not work right. I learned you have to use the email address you use to reserve the truck. For it to work. They should pass that onMichael M.
The truck was clean but it had a strong cigarette smell. The two people I had with me had to drive their own car, it was that bad. Also, I booked this on-line without the insurance but my final bill I had to sign on return had the charge in there. I did not ask for it. Truck that I was provided should not be on the road. Repair it or decommission it. Driver side mirror would not stay in place, making it very unsafe. The cab shook violently while driving o n the highway. There was only a quarter tank of gas in the truck. Very disappointing moving experience.Donald T.
First, told me they had no reservations, then after telling them I didn't want insurance because my insurance covered the trailer, still tried to leave it on and couldn't remove it. I helped her find a way to take it off. Then gave me the unit number, told me to drive up once I connected it. Previous experiences they have hooked it up for me, assumed that's standard procedure, guess not. BTW, I'm perfectly fine hooking up myself, but what if someone isn't as experienced as I am?! Great pulling trailer!! Went to return it, she did it on computer, said. Ok. You are checked in...so I had to find a place to drop it off and unhook it. She never set eyes on it while I was there.JOHN B.
