Reserve un camión cuando fui a recogerlo no había nadie no podía completar la solicitud con el teléfono el camión o era para las 4 y el empleado llegó al establecimiento casi a las 5 horror
Maria CI appreciated the effort, but the trailer was damaged and they should not have let it go. I was not gonna leave a bad review. I’ve held back until the area manager just called me. Talked over me and hung up on me. He needs to get better at client relations because that’s not the way to handle it. He wouldn’t let me talk every time I did. He tried to say I was threatening him, which I was not in any way shape or form. He was kind of off-balance and it was a little concerning. He should not be managing clients if he can’t have a conversation
Frank BCalled for 3 days to drop trailer off. No one would ever answer or return my call. Finally someone had the gate opened and I dropped the trailer off and had to call corporate to let them know where thier trailer was. That location was very unprofessional!
