Customer service was very helpful helping me locate the keys and getting in the truck. The return wasn't so great but all in all it was a good experience, watch out for gas though!

Even though no one was physically there they reached out through text and I contacted them and the process of getting the rental truck went smoothly. Although the truck was dirty in the back and a little on the inside it was ok overall.
Shannon Sit was a terrible experience when I got to the location. The lady didn’t speak and English and she pointed to a Sighn on the wall showing me me how to logg on my cell phone. I finally got through the process on the cell phone with the phone operator helping me through U-Haul and I couldn’t get the key out of the key box because the code wasn’t working , after about 45 minutes I just decided it wasn’t worth my trouble and I decided to cancel. I’m still waiting for my refund horrible experience.
