Only issue was with using the app but does not affect the service. Even when my first person cancelled, the branch manager came out and honored the original pick up time and location. It helped make my move so much easier.

Raymond HRemote access check-in can be tough however, the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.
Adam BTruck handled well. Gas mileage was as expected. Cab was loud, perhaps some sound deadning insulation would be nice. Overall, very satisfied.
