We were charged for gas and the tank was filled to how we received it. I do not agree with being charged almost $53 for gas when the tank was how we receive it.arthur M.

Christina was very friendly and accommodated us well. We rented a truck, in great shape, and then decided to rent a storage unit from her. The property looks safe, clean and easy to navigate. The pick up and drop off location were fine, but if I had to rate U-haul itself, I would give it zero stars. I booked a truck for a one way trip across states and had to deal with a 10 hour delay before a truck was available. I called multiple locations and agents and all I got was that even though I thought I had a truck reserved for a certain day and time, it was upto U-haul to confirm when I could actually get it the day before. While I realize that U-haul is dependent on customers returning the truck, a 10 hour delay is unacceptable. I had to move the movers I booked (who were awesome BTW) in both cities because of sloppy logistics on U-haul. This is my second experience with U-haul and while the first was bad, this was just plain awful. You need to do a better job with being transparent with your customers and restoring trust.Sudipta V.

The location was great and so were the 2 ladies that work there. The experience with U-haul in general for this move was absolutely awful, from getting switched around to locations 20+ miles from me and the overall checking in and checking out on the app was absolutely a horrible experience. I'd like to be contacted by u-haul about this, and again no negative feedback for the storeland people.Ron W.
