The location is fine very clean and maintained and the staff were great. However i will not be using U-Haul again. The first reason is the trailer is the only 6 foot wide trailer with a 57 inch wide opening is the history of trailers. i had to pay an extra $300 dollars for a mobile crane to unload my mower that would not fit through the gate. the 57 inch gate on a72 inch wide trailer has to be the dumbest idea ever built into a trailer. I am sure the gate opening is in the description, however as stated every normal trailer has a gate to match the width of the trailer. It is always something wrong with everything i get from U-Haul, the last truck i rented the AC would not work while accelerating then not turn back on for 5 mins during the middle of July. The U-Haul dealers have been great, the equipment is garage and I will not be using U-Haul again.

sharon mEmployee on duty did not assist trailer return. Multiple attempts were made to have her check the vehicle in. She was busy on her phone the whole time. She never came out to check the trailer herself. She was curt the entire time and told me to refer to U-haul corporate if I had any issues. Not happy.
WAYNE PThe UHaul associate Christine at the Culpeper location (Gate Rd) was very pleasant and helpful to me. She guided me through the entire process. My only complaint was the high cost of mileage, now at .99 per mi.
