Facility was not open when I dropped off the location due to holiday I left a detailed voice message of the date time and where I left the vehicle, including the vehicle identification number that I left it in front of and the identification number of the trailer Received a phone call on Tuesday stating that I had not returned the trailer I had to give the gentleman the location address, and photos that I had taken of where I dropped it off No one from the facility itself gave me a call or checked my trailer in Wondering if I had would have been charged had not taken pictures and had proof
