They didn’t have truck and trailer hooked up and ready for me. Plus, All trucks need to be upgraded with cruise control and usb charging cables. The driver side vinyl was coming loose.

It was clean. But the check engine light was on, and the truck doesn't seem to have been maintenanced in a long time. I couldnt get it to speed. They said over 60 miles was put on the truck...Im stuck owing over $50.

I asked about dropping off the truck after hours,specifically if there were any fees. I was told no,we don't charge for anything like that,early drop off. However,I was charged $25.00 over the $89 that was estimated, without explanation. The fact that a customer pays a rental fee,89 cents a mile PLUS replace all the gas is outrageous enough to keep me away & never recommend this place. The worker never looked at me & was using her cell phone to take pictures of my drivers license which I didn't like one bit.How do O know she won't save it & use it. She was not rude but not friendly or nice

The truck I rented showed "Service Tire Pressure Monitoring System" on the dash. I notified the lady inside and she stated it was just serviced. I told her if I had any problems I would contact UHAUL Roadside service. The driver's side "stuck" when trying to open or close. Honestly, the truck was well over 100K miles but was pretty clean. Customer interaction was average at best, nothing at this location would bring me back. There are better dealers in the area.

This was my first time renting a uhaul at this location. The associate who helped me pick up and return uhaul was very pleasant and personable. The process was easy and quick without any issues. She even assisted with backing up the uhaul! If I need to rent another, I will definitely be back to this location or refer others.

There was a discrepancy at checkout. I did not opt in for the "safe towing" coverage when renting a trailer. It seems to have been added after my reservation was booked. I questioned this and was told "well you didn't specifially say you DIDN'T want it, so it was added. Though I am displeased, I will not make much more of a fuss than writing this review.

The process was very easy. The young lady that assisted me at the location was very sweet. The van was gassed up past full and the needle barely moved during the trip. It was in great condition as well. Such a smooth ride and I did a round trip of 74 miles. I will definitely use this location in the future should I ever need another U-Haul rental.

Well, the good thing is that your truck could use my 2 5/16 inch trailer hitch ball. Your competitors trucks can not. The bad thing is that your mileage charge is WAY higher than your competitors. Overall, I am satisfied since I got the job done with your truck. But I do think the mileage charge was awfully high for a 333 mile round trip.

The location is a combination laundry and U-Haul storage! Difficult to navigate.
