The Ward. Blvd. location (Wilson, NC) was excellent! (Oct. 3-4) Tash (Central Office Rep.?) was very helpful in securing a cargo van the morning of my scheduled pick up (Oct. 3), when another location (in Kinston, NC) suddenly informed me (on Oct. 2 around 8pm) that a van was not available (had reserved the van on Sept. 19); all prior correspondence with the Kinston location indicated that a van would be available. The Kinston location wanted to "upgrade" to a 10' truck, but I would have to pick it up in Winterville. Requested a cargo van so expect to drive a cargo van. Again, Tash (Central Office?) and the Wilson location (Ward Blvd.) came through for me. They (Tash and Wilson location) deserve a raise or promotion, or both!

jennifer HVehicle had trash in the back of the truck. Ten minutes into my drive the tire pressure light came on. The reservation that i had was booked at my Kenly, NC location then 10 minutes before I was going to leave to get the truck my reservation was changed adding more miles to my trip which I was then having to pay for. When i spoke with the Uhaul associate at the counter told me I needed to call uhaul about my issue. Waiting on my call or response from their "complaints department"

LEONARD MBeing honest when they report your mileage when you return the equipment. Those ladies did not report my mileage correctly & didn't even want to rectify the problem.
