The young lady, with whom I interfaced was very kind, pleasant, professional, and very helpful. This experience with U-Haul was very good; much better than my last experience. I vowed I would never use you haul again, but this young lady changed my mind. I am very thankful to her.
ron fn reviewing my receipt for contract no. 79621714, I noticed I was charged an additional $17.32 for fuel charges, However the truck was NOT at 100% full when I received it (see starting image below). Please note the mileage out 114,560 and the fuel gauge at ~7/8. Also, note the return image with the mileage at 114,560 and the fuel gauge at the same ~7/8 mark. In addition, I stopped ~.5 mile down the road from the return location and filled the tank until it stopped. On top of that the vehicle drove horribly and I was afraid the whole trip that the transmission would fall out the bottom of the vehicle with aggressive metal grinding and poor performance. I don’t expect much from a uHaul vehicles, However, this one was particularly horrible. To be charged extra for returning the fuel at the same level is not acceptable. Please refund the $17.32.
