She was straight up rude and would hover right outside of the U-Haul and just stand there while I was doing the drop off through the app/online website. She even asked if I was at the right location. I would not recommend anyone to drop off or pick up at this location unless they get someone to run the place that is friendlier and more willing to help/be useful. It was some of the most rude customer service that I have ever experienced!
Elena P.Truck had wrong mileage and wrong fuel level. Lady didn't go over everything with me. I would not use this location again nor will recommend. Because of wrong fuel level it caused me to over fuel the truck.

I see some of the reviews saying she so sweet, but my experience was different! I was very polite with so I don't know why she acted that way with me! I will never ever do business with this lady again.

I rolled the windows down and completed my tasks for the day, but it was difficult. I don't know the cause of the fan & AC failure, might be maintenance or repairs related.

WILLIAM MARVIN L.Peggy the attendant was great. The process for picking up and dropping off the rental u-haul was seamless. The only complaint I have was the rental was not clean. I had to sweep out the truck before we we were able to load anything on it. If you are going to rent the u-hauls please make sure they are clean. If I chose to rent from another place, that would be the reason. Thanks!
Marilyn J.While my original reservation was in college station, they called the day before to tell me they did not have my trailer. So I had to drive 100 miles round trip to get the equipment I reserved. Fortunately the wonderful people in Huntsville were professional and personal. The lady who took care of me like we were old friends. Between the gentleman on the phone from Huntsville to the wonderful lady who checked me out they made this transaction bareable
Mark D.When we arrived to pick up the uhaul I logged on to check in and suddenly my reservation time was changed. It would have been nice to know before waking up early and driving over there. We were also supposed to have a contactless pick up-did not happen. That was a failure on uhaul's side. The staff at this facility were excellent though, she went above and beyond to help us. The truck was not clean when we got it. There was trash and dog hair all over the back, there was even a roach.

My only real complaint is the truck was dirty, the seats were covered in dog hair, and the back had not been swept out from previous use. There also appears to be a discrepancy in when the vehicle was returned. It shows being returned almost an hour later than when I returned it.
