The cab was clean but the load compartment was not...spider webs on the side and dirt on the floor. This is not why I had a terrible experience. I was over-charged by $100+, which the manager refunded after talking on the phone. I reviewed the new emailed receipt, was still overcharged. I immediately called the manager back, he said the mileage on the new receipt was correct even though I knew it was not. I had to drive to the place that it was rented from and see the trucks mileage in person. The manager gave me the keys and said I could go see for myself.....Turns out I was right. The manager did not double check, so after two refunds and a trip back to the rental place they finally got it right. Plenty of other places to rent from, would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. If you use them, better make sure you take pictures of the vehicle's odometer when you pick it up and bring it back. I will say that U-Haul's website was easy to use for setting up a reservation.Hunter H.

The only thing is when you ask for dolly's on the site it should say if they are available or not and not wait til you get to the location for them to tell you that they don't have any available that was very frustrating especially when they were neededDacus B.

Such a great experience! I rented the U-Haul van for 24hrs, and later I realized I would need it longer than I estimated. I called and asked if it would be ok to keep it another day and the staff was gracious enough to let me keep it another 24 hrs free of charge. Thanks guys! A+++++Stephen B.
Although the equipment was clean, including the inside of the box, the windshield inside and outside was a safety hazard for me when I drove into the sun. I was so blinded I couldn't see where I was driving. Otherwise, this has been a five star deal.Verlyn S.

With the customer service...nothing. They were extremely helpful and has great work ethics. However, with the vehicles...they need to be cleaned before renting to others. Right now is not the time to have dirty and unsanitized anything. Let's keep healthy and sanitized. God Bless!Sharena M.

The cab of the truck was dirty. The inside of the windshield has a bad film and makes it hard to see at night. The R/H Mirror was loose and vibrating down to give you a street view.Joseph C.

I locked the keys in the truck and called the road side assistance and instead of unlocking the truck so I could finish moving you had the tow company take the truck with my personal property in it and I still do not have my belongingsRebecca H.

You can improve by giving your customer what they ordered. I ordered a 15' truck not a 20'. I even received a confirmation from you for a 15'. It was very hard to navigate a 20' from from the place we were moving from. I do appreciate being charged for the 15'. Thank you for that but I would rather had the 15' after going through the uncomfortable navigation. Don't send a confirmation for my order if can't deliver what you promised.Iva C.

We picked our reserved truck up & it was on Empty. They said they would credit our account $35...it took over $75 to fill up the truck. After we returned the truck on time, We were charged for an extra day that we did not ask for or use & instead of them making it right immediately they said it would take a few days to fix & we really needed that $. They should have refunded us the $ right away.Rachel W.
