The day before I was to pick up truck, I called to see if I could get tow dolly, the person I spoke with said they had one and add to my reservation. Next day I show up to get truck and dolly, then I was asked what vehicle I was towing, I told them and then they said that the dolly they had wasn't the right size for my car. I asked why I wasn't asked the day before what vehicle I was towing, they told me it didn't matter they just reserve the dolly and then find out the vehicle being towed when the person shows up. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. So then they called uhaul headquarters to find out only one place had the right dolly twenty miles back the way I just came from. So later that day I had to make a special trip to get it when I could of been loading truck, and after spending an hour to get the truck, which in my opinion is way to long. Thanks

I reserved a 15 foot truck, which I needed in order to move a piano. I hired two people specifically for this purpose; however, when I picked up the truck it was 10 feet. Consequently, I still have a piano in the house I moved from and will have to rent another truck and hire more people to complete a job that should be finished

After arriving to drop of trailer and parking in a parking spot adjacent another Uhaul truck I was informed that was not where they wanted it, there were no signs as to where the trailer went. After been told where to park the trailer there was inadequate space to maneuver the trailer, after struggleing for several minutes I had to unhook and release the trailer by myself with no help from uhaul representatives.

The owners were very friendly, very helpful, and pleasant to deal with. There was some confusion regarding the information inserted from the Uhaul National Customer Service Rep. but the great people at Storesmart were able to correct that and get me on my way. Next time I'll set everything up on the internet so there is no confusion.

The truck box had a sticky substance near the front and this substance got on my furniture which has now on the carpet of our new house and the substance was on the shoes of myself and the movers, which is on the floor of my old home as well. I called customer service number and have received nothing but a “run around”. Have been a long time customer of U-Haul and never had an experience like this one. Completely disappointed
