Salesperson was not familiar w rates and/or the technical part of software.... She was not up to speed on interaction with customers and putting concerns to rest.....coming from the North to the South may also be part of the issue........?

There was an alarm that went off the whole trip. Looked like a gas gage alarm in the top left corner. It constantly went on and off. The AC would cycle off and on. It was tolerable for a short trip, but just happy I did not have to go further in it!

The online reservation process does not work!!! I reserved the truck for 7:30, it was not available. I tried it at least 4 or 5 times. I called the owner and he tried to work with me to get it working and couldn't. I ended up having to wait until the office opened at 9am and walked out of there at 9:30 -- without the appliance dolly that I called in to add to my order the day that I place the order. I ended up having to pay an extra 1.5 hours EACH for two laborers that I had hired to help with the move. That is NOT acceptable!

I had the quick check in but there were several people in line when I got There but only one person checking people in. Really?? You need 2 especially on Memorial weekend. Check in guy was nice, polite and helpful and he was doing a great job but He had to also answer phones and it was more than one person could handle. Shame on this location for not having someone help him!

I reserved this location to pick up the truck and multiple items. I was then told to go to another location to get the truck but they didn't have the extra supplies I reserved so I then had to go to yet another location to get those. Also the suspension in the truck was awful which caused for a very rough ride. Many things that had been packed in and strapped down well came undone by the awful ride.

I was told that I would be charged 19.95 for the 15" due to them not having the 10" but was charged 29.95 and I was charged the insurance that I declined. I am not happy with the charges and these charges have not been corrected

The person's at the desk was bob and he greeted me,shook my hand and introduced him self. He did this to the 2 other people who walked in. This may not seem like a big deal but it's the small things that matter. Super customer service and couldn't be happier with the experience

Beware the extra charges not approved. They did not do a walk through with customer present. Charged extra for gas and double for miles. Beware.



The van i rented was in good condition, but had just came in from someone else who didnt clean it up. Also the exterior of the van had obviously not been washed in a long time. Had black set in dirt that accumilates on white vehicles when they arent washed for a while. I took it to car wash and pressure washed. Took 45 minutes to get it cleaned off before i returned it. Not complaining at all just stating the facts. It was a good vehicle which served its purpose well.

I will never get that NEVER use Uhaul again!!!!!! The time before this your dealer changed me for gas after I returned your truck with more gas than when I got it. This time about an hour and half before I was to get the truck I get a phone call wanting me to drive an hour away to get a smaller truck, they we ginger to give my free milage. I would spend my gas going both ways and have to put gas in your truck plus the time and losing my help. Good deal right. Then they wanted me to take a smaller truck from the dealer which charged me for the gas, he kept saying if it's dirty I will charge him $25.00 he was coming in when he was closed and was going to get paid for it I told them I did not want to deal with that dealer so they finally said we found a 26 ft truck but it is muddy. I asked if it was clean on the inside the answer was we don't know. That truck easy from the dealer I had the game issue with also. I went and talked to the dealer I was working with and he made so phone calls and was going to have a truck in late that nigot and he was willing to come back and sign it out to me, he had a 20footer that came in about 4 that afternoon and we took it. I loaded it. Over. Half full of boxes by myself to save time the next day. We had to be out of the house on Monday, I would have been able get adult help on Sunday, however, help without a truck was much help. My adults were all at work Monday so I had a couple of guys just out of high school come help. It was a mess! The dealer was real good working with me I would recommend his storage units but not UHAUL. I am very disappointed with Corp. UHAUL and will not use your service again. I would have been much better off paying a mover and not having the stress on me and my wife trying to figure out how to make this move run smothered. I asked them to have someone from Little Rock to bring the small truck to conway which would have saved me an hour or more plus gas in my vehicle and yours her response was we can't do anything like that. Why should your customers have to fix and pay for your inability to live up to your agreement?

There was a communication issue that resulted in the contracted equipment not to be available at the scheduled pick-up time. The agent quickly made arrangements to pickup up the missing equipment at a Uhaul location up the street and the time lost was not significant. One of the wheels on the ramp-trailer was very rusty and would have been difficult to remove had there been a flat. The truck had cigarette butts in the ashtray and other trash in the cab when we picked it up.
