STEPHEN HI know you give the video for self service but that is so confusing. I called Customer Service and Pam was able to help. Also it would be nice for you to put a WARNING that once you put the key in, the u-haul will self lock. We locked ourselves out and had to wait. Once that happened the app would not allow me to take the rest of the photos. Thank goodness for the roadside assistance that and the U-haul representative was able to get someone dispatched to come help us. This for someone that is not use to renting a u-haul it was an overall experience. We had a save trip and we did get everything accomplished in the moving of my son apartment.
Misty GAdam met us outside, directed us, offered water, and made everything easy. Thanked us for using Uhaul. Excellent.
