Joe V | Overall ExperienceWe rented at the Little Chute facility for years under the previous owner. The lot was meticulously maintained. After the change in ownership, tenants were storing vehicles and other items outside their units. Also, the snow removal was terrible. The lot in front of our units were roughly 2 1/2 to 3 cars wide, the plow made literally one pass past the units. And the best part, rent went up right after the ownership change.

Numerous times the pontoons scraped the gavel surface, but the alternative would be not to remove my boat from the storage facility, or not to use it for half of the summer. Neither were viable options. I wish I would have been informed that this construction project was going to take place.
