The air conditioner was not working ,it was a hot day. Brian the front desk clerk took care every customer and the deliveries.He handled a major customer issue and was still able to keep a smile Great job Brian.

The u haul was full of cockroaches. It was disgusting.

Mckinley JThe person who checked me out was nice, but I couldn't understand most of what he was explaining. My truck was dirty abd smelled of musky body odor. I also had a reservation for a storage unit, only to be surprised with no units available and was told I could be added to a waiting list. I choose the location for convenience to Waikiki, but this time my rental experience was not pleasant. I returned the vehicle 12hrs early because I couldn't drive it any longer.

Dee AI rented a van for 24 hours to be picked up on July 4th. Pickup went well, I left my car in the spot the van was in. When I returned that same evening at 10:30 pm my vehicle had been towed. VIP towing had taken it without any call from security or police. They charged me $200. They lied on their receipt stating it was towed by security. Fraudulent take of my car. Very disappointing!!!!! They were rude, insulting and threatening at the time of paying for the fraudulent towing.

If it wasn't for him offering to check availability for the next day (saturday 5/24/25) we would've gone somewhere else. He went the extra mile in service to assist us without us even asking. The only thing that was a little odd was that the tank was only at 1/2 when I picked up, which essentially made it impossible to return at the proper fuel level. But the check in rep made it right! Which is what it's all about.

But the UHaul attendant said the system was problematic, and to take my own photos, which have timestamps, and can be used to prove I didn't make some of the dents and scratches that were already on the van. Other than that, it was a good deal and good service.

Hashim MDiane and Brian were fantastic. We got a truck and paid for one mover from the website. The worker was a no show and Diane was trying to help us problem solve so we would be able to move. We had to return the truck after 2 hours but did not get to move the stuff we needed because of the no show worker. We later called to get another truck and Diane was fanatic again. They made a really crappy day feel less crappy. We will happily do business with Diane and Brian again- they were the reason the day turned out okay. They went above and beyond to help us today!!
Chris BThis was the second time I’ve rented from this location and the second time I was charged the $30 Insurance coverage that I had declined both times. I thought it was my error the first time so I made sure to decline coverage the second time.

Daniel NI received excellent service at this location. The transaction was fast and easy. When I had to change the day of my rental, I was able to do it with a quick phone call. The truck I rented was clean and easy to drive. When I brought the truck back, it took less than 5 minutes to check it in. My receipt was emailed to me. All in all, it was a very good experience.
