Rob DLocation was great. Staff was accommodating, helpful, friendly. Vehicle was great, easy to operate, in great condition. But the online check-in, was a mess. What you can do to improve, is to fix that web experience. the online checkin process was problematic. The staff knew it, they instructed me to take vehicle pictures on my own behalf, not to rely on the online tool as that often failed. And it failed for me, and difficult to use. Just one example: I took photos around the truck, and they didn't go in the right place. At the end it told me that I had chosen to NOT take the required photos. There was no option to go back and correct.
