The cabin in the driver/passenger section was very smoky. When I mentioned it to the employee he said, "Well we can't stop people from smoking". Its an enclosed space, how is this ok? I prefer to breathe clean air and should not have to drive a vehicle that was smoked in previously. Also I'm not sure who called me the night before but she had terrible customer service and told me my vehicle that I reserved several months prior would no longer be available because someone booked a rental for earlier time of day even though I doubt they booked theirs before mine as mine was months is advance. I've never had an issue with this UHaul location before but I felt that was very poor customer service.

Manuel ACustomer service was average due to the fact that when they told me I can go outside and just look at the truck and make sure you take pictures of any damages or dents before I got into the vehicle, they didn't even bother to come outside and with me just to verify, make sure the other thing. I reach my destination to pick up my item. The guy who was loaded up by product on the back of the truck noticed that there was charcoal in the back of the truck so they never cleaned the back of that truck base, I gave him the bag and throw decision in the back and they said for real, really, so they didn't clean it at all. I end up cleaning it up cause I didn't want packages to have charcoal all over it other than that. They got to do and watch you better. Then, sit in the office eating instead of showing the custom off pointing on showing. There's the vehicle jacket. They should be out there, what else I believe that's the customer service. The other thing is, I should be getting a discount cause the back the flatbed. Sorry, the truck's flatbed wasn't clean and you're gonna tell me they didn't notice it was there that tell me they're not checking their vehicles properly. When customs return The vehicles. Experiencing that situationI should have received a discount due to the fact that that the truck bay wasn't clean .
