I don't know about the next customer, but for me, keep everything exactly the same. Online reservation was easy. We wound up picking up early since vehicle became available earlier than anticipated and we returned the vehicle earlier than anticipated. Rates are reasonable and location is great. No problems. Good job.

George PStop hiding your REAL charges in mileage. Every time I rent a UHaul truck mentally double the price because of the unnecessary mileage charges. This in not only really annoying but it implants I all your customers a sense of mistrust in your claims. An advertised $40 dollar a day pick rental nearly doubles in price if it is driven only 20 miles. It just makes UHaul look like another greedy company using tricks to bilk customers out of more money than they expected.

GINA DThe service engine-soon light was on at the time of renting. It was on all the while during my rental. The equipment (Truck was very old and had multiple body damage. The trailer hitch socket had broken off and was dangling. Although the attendant said the truck had a half tank of gas, it was actually a little below that. However, I returned it with a half tank. I was desperate for a truck, and U-Haul trucks are difficult to find available at most times in Hawaii. If not for this reason, I would have refused the truck. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Hence why I would recommend this location. Obviously, I got a bad truck.

amber dThe van was clean when I inspected it However, when I got home with the doors open I noticed that there was a very fine blackish dust on the rubber mat. At first I thought it was graphite powder, so I blew it out, however it was not graphite powder, more like very fine make up or charcoal dust.
Brian SYou need to fix the 15' truck. The engine check light is on and the fan belt is crying and oil alert is on. I was so afraid to use it. It was a worst experience. Also I filled the gas as same level when I checked out, but they charged fuel fee (5 gallon) . I needed to go to the shop and showed the picture I took to prove. It was wasting my time.

My final receipt hasn’t come out yet and I’m concerned about the final bill, but other than that, I’d definitely rent from him next time I need a truck. It’d be great if there were surveillance cameras installed as it is located in a sketchy neighborhood.

Alina CI had a problem when filling the gas, I went over the 3/4 mark because the fuel gage did not accurately show what was in the tank. I put about $10.00 more. I mentioned it to Sam and he said it takes a few minutes to reflect how much is in there. That would have been good to know before filling up!

Richard DNot enough questions asked as my experience overall sucked and cost me money in the long run. The problem.... Uhaul.com tells me the location has off hours renting via truck share when then in fact don't. It even let me book it and no-one notified me of this in over a week of an active valid booking reservation. Result could not get into the vending location I was supposed to be at losing the deposit, driving through traffic trying to make it and paying for a truck. That being said learned a lot from it and will rent it again Staff was helpful and nice once opened. One even helped before open,
Alfred WVery kind and friendly staff. Equipment was ready and waiting. This experience was the fastest check-in and drive off that I had. Really important when time counts. Location is close to my home so super convenient. I will use them again.
KEVIN HNothing. I liked everything about it. 10' truck is perfect for what I needed and the location had two. Distance was short so I can afford to use it more than once. Online applications (text and email links and verifications) streamline everything. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only problem I had was that night-drop application hung up trying to verify my location but they checked it in in the morning without difficulty. Happy camper (besides needing to move). Francis K.

Gayle ACheck out person said back of van was NOT CLEAN upon return, we moved 2 drawers, NOTHING dirty, I did not check the cleanliness of floor BEFORE renting, so whomever returned it last,apparently left some dirt or something on the floor. They swept it out, was no big deal, just suggest the CHECK IN person looks at it BEFORE renting again

I had to wait over 20 mins just to grab my key when the app said I could “skip the line” and I wasn’t able to skip the line because the only worker was too busy. When they were available they were very nice and helpful in every way that they could be though.
