Great service and great customer care. They pointed out all the options for pick up and return even though I didn't ask. They showed genuine concerns for my needs. I didn't feel like Customer 8793456.

AMBER CI had to fix the front headlight that was broken before I got it. The headlight was moving up and down as I drove down the road. The front end damage had moved the steering wheel from being straight.

gary sWe have rented with UHaul multiple times over the last year. We were happy when there appeared a UHaul drop off location where we bought our home in Goldendale. Unfortunately, each time my husband, who is Hispanic, goes to drop off the truck the operators of the location attempt to add additional charges which were all reversed when I, a native Oregonian, confirm details of our rental. This has happened twice. Hopefully it's a glitch that will be worked out in time.

channon bAgain my main issue with this location is U-Haul itself. Even though I was already paid in full, I was charged an additional fee again with no explanation of the charges. And the staff had no ability to address the situation.

David GThe only issue we had was that U-Haul charged just over $500 for a one-way trip of 373 miles for a 15' truck and almost $300 for an auto transport. Both were returned the following day.
gene pYour mobile check in is an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend anyone using this feature. It was completely useless because the gps kept telling me I wasn't at the location on pickup and drop off both. Luckily the owners were onsite and helpful. If not I would not have been able to get the truck.
