Wheel feel off the dolly and the man was rude
Stephanie C.After signing on with the online website, responding appropriately to the required questions, and photographing the front and back of my driver's license... required for a quick and easy check out...it still took 35 minutes to have the employee call someone, go over page by page with them, THEN finally give me a key to the truck! I stated "below average" because "average" has always been top notch with U-Haul.
Robert K.I got charged an extra $85 dollars for absolutely nothing, they stated it was a problem with my card and I called my bank and they said it was a problem on their end. The person working didn't know what he was doing whatsoever and was calling people to ask what you do even to fill out for renting a Uhaul. Poor service, wouldn't recommend.
