Actual U-Haul customer support was horrible. It took over 45 minutes to check in because they had a new area for a alternate contact. Whenever I put in my wife's name they said she was already part of the contract. I spent most that time chatting with the who knows who. Halfway through they said it was taken care of to to exit out of the app and then sign back in. I did that and it was still not letting me complete the check-in. Very very very very very very very very disappointed in that whole customer non-service experience. It was very frustrating.

They tried ti scam me and charge me for fuel. The lady was rude to me and my daughter. She also refused to check me out until after i left. Now i know why. Go to a location a bit up the road. Not this one.
