Sat for an hour trying to figure out how to virtually check in for the truck. The "Pick up Truck" button that the internet mentions everywhere was not an available option. Sat on the phone waiting for a customer service rep for 20 minutes and they didn't answer. Downloaded the app and it didn't help. Finally called the location and they said to come in.Whitney H.

When I returned the truck I was told they would email me the bill. I called 3 times and still have not got the bill. I asked how much the bill is and was told 124.00. I then looked at what they charged and it was 143.00. they could not figure out the bill and had to call a u haul rep. They have NO idea of what they are doing. DO NOT rent from them! By the way I am still waiting for the bill to be emailed like they said it would be. I gave them 1 star because I had to in order to give my input. They get no stars from medon B.

I scheduled a 20ft truck for 6:30 am for Nov 1st and it wasn't there to be picked up. The True Value employee was very helpful in getting us a new truck but it was a 10ft at 9am. It was highly inconvenient and it threw the whole schedule off.NATHAN H.

Policy around using a credit card AND contacting personal references. A bit overkill to disturb my friends and family during working hours, especially when a credit card was provided.. Secondly Customer service training perhaps? Unfortunately, I had a better experience with Budget in the past.Montez W.

The truck was almost out of fuel and we ordered a king size mattress bag. The location didn't have any. Had to go to another U-Haul location for that. Truck smelled really bad on the inside and was beat up in the outside.Daniel N.

Computer systems were down so made the pick up take over an hour. Wasted a lot of my time just standing around waiting. I was in a hurry to pick up things from a unit and return home (3 hr drive) so it was very frustrating.Chris W.

The U-Haul website was a mess. The person helping me had to call twice during my setup for help. He had to reenter my application at least 6x to get it thru. This meant I had to respond my license photos at least six times. Through it all he was polite and persistent. The worst part was I had signed up online for a different trailer and it showed up on his computer differently, so we had to start over. Come on U-Haul. I was there an hour and a half.Susan W.
