The 5x8 trailer was very old. The paint was peeling. I had rented a 5x8 trailer 2 weeks prior an d it was much newer! The staff at this location are great folks. They were very helpful and personable. I don't what the one bad apple with this trailer to cast a cloud over this location, just that U-Haul needs to be more aware of how old and poorly maintained equipment affects the customer.
