MILTON GThe employees at this location were friendly, professional, and provided good customer service. My concern is not with the staff but with the overall U-Haul pricing experience. The truck was advertised at $19.95. When I reserved it, I estimated around 50 miles of driving. However, after returning the truck I was charged for over 180 miles, which resulted in $192 in mileage charges alone. In addition, I paid approximately $41 in taxes, and I put exactly $50 of gas back into the truck before returning it, as required. Altogether, a truck advertised at $19.95 ended up costing nearly $300. I was also initially charged $99.14 on my card when I picked up the truck, and after returning it I still had to pay an additional $192 for mileage. I was also told the fuel rate was $1.09 per gallon, but when I returned the truck it was listed as $1.29 per gallon. I understand that mileage charges exist, but the difference between the advertised $19.95 rental and a final total close to $300 is extremely misleading. Customers should be given clearer and more accurate explanations of the full cost before renting. Because of the large difference between the advertised rental price and the final charges, I am requesting that U-Haul review this rental agreement, the mileage calculation, and the final billing for accuracy and fairness, and provide an adjustment or partial refund if appropriate. Again, the staff at this location were polite and helpful. My concern is strictly with the overall pricing structure and the large difference between the advertised price and the final total.
DEVONA WThe equipment had the check engine light on which U-Haul dismissed. Pick up location also would not print out the paperwork. After downloading receipt, I suspect it was because although we have photographic evidence of the fuel at 1/4 tank at pick up , the documentation stated it was at 1/2. Presumably to falsely charge us for fuel.
SARAH FThere were no staff on site - this is literally just a drop off location in a strip mall parking lot. It was fine for my drop off, but if someone needed help, this would not be a good location.

Ronald WThe pickup went very well. The manager was very nice and got us on the road quickly. The truck was a littler older but it ran fine up and down the West Virginia mountains. I just wish it had a UBS port to plug in a cell phone cord, only a cigarette plug outlet
