They have an old truck it is out of alignment.

John VThe 5 ft by 9 ft utility trailer used was not meant to haul any type of rolling toolbox. The corrugation of the floor makes one wheel fall in the grooves and the other to ride on top of the grooves. And the tailgate does not sit flush enough to the ground to load without raising the toolbox off the ground first.

The only complaint I have is the trailer we rented was behind another trailer, so we had to physically move it around to attach it to our truck. The woman that was helping us apologized for the inconvenience. The return was very easy.

DANIEL FCargo area had mud / blood like an animal had been transported in the back. Location was a little out of the normal flow. Service personnel were ABOVE average and attended to me quickly and professionally.

WALTER COur uhaul was not available and we ended up with a 26ft truck. This truck was absolutely huge and very difficult to maneuver through the streets and driveways we were using! This change in our reservation was so very unexpected and cumbersome to our move.

Gary LWas met by a gentleman before I had even gotten out of the truck. He was kind enough to perform the intake inspection of the truck immediately and had me on my way in no time at all. The entire process was smooth and painless. Great place to drop a vehicle off.

Kimberly JThe cab of the truck had trash in it, and as if soda was left spewed on the ceiling of the truck cab. When picking up the truck I asked a simple question "will I be able to drop the truck off at a closer location or here?" The employee acted as if I told him I was going to rob the place until I told him I just asked a simple question. The truck needs maintenance on the front end before I'd let anyone rent it again. The play in the steering wheel could get dangerous anytime. I'm a disabled man so I brought a driver with me. I could tell how bad it drove from the passenger seat! I forgot to put the hand truck back in the truck before returning it. Again being a disabled man gets in the way so I paid for it instead of trying to get a ride to return it plus dealing with the anxiety it would cause. I made that mistake and paid for it. Uhaul employees (a customer service agent, and the employee where I picked the truck up made me decide to not go with uhaul next time! If I worked at uhaul I'd treat my customers like a customer!

John OInside cab had mud on floors and arm consol,cup holders had old sticky spilt coffe. Was pretty gross.
Sam GThey may have been busy but there was mud in the floor boards and had to wash off ramp from mud to even walk up and load without tracking mud in the house.
Van CThis was an extremely tight place to get a trailer out and in. I think that it would take an experienced driver to negotiate this lot.
Billy HThis trailer is a complete piece of junk. Not only does the trailer not have a jack, but the folks there aren't allowed to help you lift it onto the hitch. You have over-engineered your trailers to cater to idiots who don't know how to pull a trailer, and they are barely functional anymore. The crew at the location was friendly, and this review is in no way a bad reflection on them. The equipment and rules set by Uhaul are complete crap. I'll buy a trailer before I'll ever rent another uhaul trailer again.
Adam KGuy basically said “you’re good”. Then I had to ask where to park it? And then I had to ask if he wanted the dolly and blankets - I had to go back and get them in the trailer. Then I had to ask for and wait for a receipt. No greeting or thank you for using U-Haul or my business. He seemed to be bothered having to deal with this while running his business.
John MNo service, lot was overcrowded with two additional businesses at same location. car lot and commercial truck sales at same location. No offer to help guide trailer drop off, no where to turn around, had to back out into street and back trailer in for return. Will not select this location again.
Heather BI requested a dolly but when I arrived to collect the vehicle, no dolly was present. I don't believe I've been refunded for this charge.

Victoria R1. The passenger door did not close properly 2. We were called to “Return the Truck at 4;00 pm because UHaul double booked.” 3. We did NOT ask for insurance but we’re fraudulently charged. 4. Because we had to “Return “ we had not time to refuel and were charged $35.00 Total 165.00 for four hours The Used Car Dealer said it was UHaul who charged that fee

Keith FMake to inspect super thoroughly before driving off. I rented a car dolly and the customer service was great. I took pictures of the small damages to the fender wells before hooking it up. I should have inspected the the wheels closer. The tires appeared in good repair the fender housing was dingged up. I drove 3.5 hours to pick up my wife's car with no issues. But once I got her car on the dolly and started to drive off, I noticed the right wheel losing air. I went to the air pump at the gas station. And as I started to fill it up I heard air leaking out. Upon inspection the wheel was bent really bad and not able to hold a seal. Inspect thoroughly, it tookn2 hours for a mechanic to get out with. New tore and rim. What should have been a 6 hour round trip turned out to be 9.5 hours. Love the guys at street source auto. They are great people and I'm sure had I inspected closer they would have taken care of it right there.
John RReserved a trailer at another location across town, when I arrived, they did not have the trailer I had reserved. Thankfully, the agent we called at Uhaul was able to find the trailer I needed at this location.
Christopher PThe people were nice. Difficult to find location. It was a garage and the parking lot junky. It was also difficult to enter area on a road with such a hig speed limit.

David BI was told my charge was $305 got my receipt this morning and I was charged $317.79 why and for what gas was put in truck same as it was giving to me I read the reviews and they stated U-Haul will do some under hand mess and they did a bunch of thirsty blood sucking company

Robert FVery happy with entire process in renting the U-Haul. I spoke with Customer Service Representative, Scott who was very helpful and patient in walking me thru the rental online process. The equipment very clean and practically new!
Laura GOvercharged me credit card by $209.39. I had the trailer for 3 hours and they charged me for over 1 week. I contacted the dealer and he said it was resolved but no credit 3 days later.
David BThe lady who met us outside was very kind and helpful however when we told her that we could not back the trailer into a place on their lot she went inside and a manager(possibly owner) came out obviously annoyed and began talking about how U Haul shouldn’t rent trailers to people who don’t know how to use them. If he is that concerned then he should speak to the company not to customers about this matter.
