They were unable to provide the rental shipping blankets. Very disappointing. Fees were refunded/removed from the bill. Second time using this location, was drop off location with previous rental, picked them due to previous positive experence.

John VThe 5 ft by 9 ft utility trailer used was not meant to haul any type of rolling toolbox. The corrugation of the floor makes one wheel fall in the grooves and the other to ride on top of the grooves. And the tailgate does not sit flush enough to the ground to load without raising the toolbox off the ground first.
