Larry KBest U-Haul rental location i’ve ever visited! The entire team is great. However, on the morning i went to pick up, they were 3min late opening the door. I could see the staff inside but not response to my knock. I jokingly asked why & they said, “our team has a morning chapel service”! What a GREAT way to start the work morning🙏🏼. I’d def give them The Top Rating on ALL categories!

Kristie SMy only complaint is that no one was there during "lunch time" to unhitch the trailer. I'm pretty strong for 80 years old, but, some other person my age might not be able to unhitch the trailer.

david oI reserved online. This pick up location was great with friendly helpful folks. Unfortunately it was the 3rd place we had to go. 1st place I went to didn't have the trailer we reserved. Uhaul changed the pick up place but never advised me of the change. 2nd place had the trailer but wasn't open. Called Uhaul, they found a 3rd location but it was an ordeal and they were unapologetic for the inconvenience caused.
Suzanne HWhen you tell me you have a trailer, be sure it isn't down for repair. Your system was correct, but the guy yesterday didn't notice the code. It did work out because a repairman coincidentally showed up. Today Michael was friendly and he did a nice job.

robert bMake sure the rental agent knows and gives all the details of rental pricing for extras upon request. I was told verbally extra charge for keeping trailer extra days is $20 a day but didn't mention I would be also charged extra for my towing coverage.

Dana MI’m very dissatisfied with my experience. The truck I picked up had serious brake issues. The left front would engage, then pop off and jerk the steering wheel left. It was scary.
