Great customer service.
CHRIS PI have been renting from U-Haul for almost 40 years and never had an issue. In the past few years, I have had three issues at this location. First time was low tire pressure in the tires on a trailer. Second time was some sort of suspension problem that made the trailer bounce and I had to go back and get a different trailer. And this third time, while the brake lights and turn signals worked no other lights worked including the parking lights. I ended up having to drive all night with the flashers on like an idiot. My question is: does U-Haul require the places that rent these trailers to do some sort of safety inspection? it doesn’t seem that they do these inspections at this location if so.
MARK CCustomer service and overall process was top-notch as always! While the equipment performed OK, there were a few issues likely due to its age, such as the piece that holds the driver-side visor in place was missing causing the visor to hang down in the way.

HARRISON ONeed to post more information about the distance between the ramps. They are not adjustable inward and create an issue for smaller vehicles.
