Kelli LMy rating is skewed because it was closed when I was scheduled to return the truck. I then called where I rented the truck to see where or how I was to return the truck. I had to use the app which I could complete but was a bit frustrating when one is tired from moving.
SUE WI would not recommend that anyone use the 24/7 option for picking up a U-Haul rental. I would recommend they go to a place that they can do this “in person”. The 24/7 option delayed my truck pickup for an hour and a held and I had paid help waiting at my house while I was on hold waiting for assistance for over a half an hour and then I got put on hold for another half an hour. I feel like I should have been paid as I did all the work to finally get my keys. It was a very stressful and difficult experience. I rented a truck back in 2026 and had none of these issues. If I ever rent a truck again I would NEVER use the 24/7 option. IT SUCKS as there are too many variables using your smartphone that have to be perfect or you end up in a situation like I did sitting on hold waiting for someone to help you!!!
