Small shop and parking lot to pick up equipment. Lady who ran the shop I interacted with to pick up equipment was very bland and made me feel like it was an inconvenience to her I am there picking up equipment.

MICHAEL WNo personnel people were there they were closed, but did follow through drop the keys in the drop off box which was easy and let them know. I had dropped it off very easy thank you.
Kelli LMy rating is skewed because it was closed when I was scheduled to return the truck. I then called where I rented the truck to see where or how I was to return the truck. I had to use the app which I could complete but was a bit frustrating when one is tired from moving.
