When we arrived to pick up the keys they had no idea where the key was for us to take. We went on the highway and came to realize the driver side door does not close all the way even after repeatedly slamming the door closed. After loading up the u-haul and taking it to the apartment the check engine light came on, I called the place I had rented the u-haul from and they had told me that it’s normal for it to come on when it’s in hauling mode. The u-haul would then go into limp mode so we did not feel safe taking it on the highway so we had to take backways which resulted in us having more miles on the u-haul. Once we unloaded and went to take it back we noticed that the check engine light was on even with nothing in the back and hauling mode not on. I let the place know about the check engine light when I dropped it off and they seemed to not care. Would not rent from this place again.

Kinsey SWhen returning my vehicle, I tried using the slider function for the fuel return. The only issue is it caused be to swipe out of the return window 3 separate times by accident. I would remove the ability to swipe out of the return window, or remove the fuel slider.
Jeremiah BDid after hours check out which requires a photo of the gas gauge and the mileage before you can check out the truck. I checked out the truck on a half tank of gas, put $30 in it and returned it on a half tank of gas. I was charged $90 for not returning it on a full tank of gas because they said it was full. I told them to refer to the picture that I had to take to check it out. They said it was not there. So I was charged $90 for gas and they conveniently lost the proof of me checking it out on a half tank. They were supposed to call me, never did, instead sent me an email saying that the case was closed and I was charged the correct amount. Extremely shady over $90, do not check your u-haul out from Striker.
Jeffrey FThe location was fine. What is NOT fine is your after hours pick up app. 3 hours in hot parking lots with a teenager to help. It is not user-friendly. This location at least had keys, the first location I was sent to HAD NO KEYS. 2 hours jacking with your app,and then no damn keys. Had to call your help line way too many times. Work on that APP!!
