We were using it to pick up couches and one was a very light beige so the dust/dirt was horrible for trying to move new furniture in.

Brandi T.The gentleman did not know his equipment very well. He rented us too small of a truck to move the amount of furniture we had to move. His internet was horrible and took twice as long as it usually does to complete the rental and we had already reserved the rental. Not to mention we had already rented many times so our information was in the system so we should have been in and out quicker. Finally as we left the UHaul dealer the check engine came on and it downshifted rough at times even though it had low miles.
Robert M.Because of the extensive self check-in process, I did not ask for the furniture dolly or the furniture blankets, and nor was there any personnel to give me such items. I'm sure there must be a lot of people who leave without their additional rental items with the stupid check-in process. Also, what started this whole process off on a bad foot, was having my pickup location changed the day before. By the time I could call to see if there were any other options, the traffic office was closed. When I tried the next morning, the day of the rental, there wasn't an option to speak to any live person to help me, and when I pressed the option for national sales, the lady basically told me that she couldn't help me and that I needed to talk to traffic (although I explained to her that I tried but there wasn't an option at the number for traffic). Since, I couldn't reach anyone, I went ahead and went to the changed location, which was 20 from my original location and 1.5 hours drive from where I was coming from, my home. Definitely, was not a 5-star experience!! How do I get a refund for the items I did not receive? I should really be asking for an additional refund of a portion of my rental for all the inconveniences! I have sent an email to 921003_AFM@uhaul.com requesting a refund, but after 7 days of waiting for a response - I've heard NOTHING!
