Trailer was not balanced at all and bounced all over road the whole way. When I returned the equipment the app would not work and the location never checked it in and charged me an extra day

Completely abandoned, then uhaul charges me then charges me again since they didn’t close out the trailer.
Oliver HIt has been a month since I returned the vehicle and I continue to get messages saying that my return has not been documented. I will not pay for any charges that occurred after November 7.
Jean LThe truck drove horrible, somethingwrong with brakes and steering. We reserved furniture dolly/cart as well as utility dolly and a box dolly.. ....oh we don't have them here.. reservation was made a week prior.....customer service was not the best.
Delores W1st I was suppose to pick up in warner Robin's ga 10miles from my home 45mins prior to pick up Was sent to Macon, 25 miles from home. Got there and no one there had a 30 min additional wait.
