The only thing I recommend is a big uhual sign outside because it only says uhual on the building door. The lady was kind and helpful. It was a quick and easy process.

DONOVAN CI had to go to a secondary location because the first location didn’t leave the keys for the truck I reserved. This was Avery big inconvenience to me and waisted an hour of my time

Tony WGreetings Im contacting you to make a complaint. My rental experience ended in a bad way the dealer overcharged me for gas. Before returning the truck back to the original rental location I put fuel in the truck to the required limit. When I parked the car back into the parking lot I took a picture of the dash showing the current miles and the gas level. When I went back into the office I asked the lady does she want to see my picture and to verify everything before I leave she told me no. When I left the lot she calls me saying the gas is not at the correct limit. I sent her the picture I took and she told me my photo was incorrect. After going back and forth I told her I will contact corporate and she was very reluctant to give me her name. She eventually gave me her name which is Mary Jane which I do not know if that is her correct name. She made my Uhaul experience feel like I was getting scammed. I will never refer anyone there.

Benjamin JI had a 10:00am rental appointment and when I got to the location no one was there. The lady that runs the location never showed up and had to walk me thru the rental over the phone. I didn't get my truck till almost 11:00am and as a result I was late picking up and dropping off my items and I hade to pay a late fee at my drop off location. I am very disappointed and I will never use this location again. Very unprofessional!!!

Mark NWill not use this particular U-Haul dealer again. The person that handled our truck pickup did go over the after hour return policy so we didn't know anything about taking pictures of the truck ,the fuel gage and the odometer. The truck had 1/4 tank of fuel when we picked it up we put 29 miles on the truck. I put 5 gallons of fuel in it at the 2042 Fairburn Rd QT station the gage was on 1/4; we drove straight to 6344 Fairburn Rd the U-Haul dealer maybe a mile and a half away. Drop off time was 7:30pm Saturday April 1. We were informed today Monday April 3 1:30pm that we would be charged a Fuel Service fee of $30 plus $7.12 for two gallons of gas because the truck was below a !/4 of a tank. We have always used U-Haul when we needed a truck.. Not so sure anymore ! Bad experience !!

Emmanuel IDon’t release a car with mechanical issues. Then charge the customer as if they neglected to uphold their end of the contract. Customer service process was THE worst. + Calling or chat feature equals same amount of hold time, but better than actually speaking to someone.

Anthony mThe pick up location was dirty, cluttered, and unorganized. The equipment was not properly maintained. We had to call roadside assistance when our 26' truck broke down on the interstate at 4am. Ugh!

Tyrone RThe truck was absolutely disgusting. If it wasn’t for the urgent situation, we wouldn’t have continued with the rental. We will never use U-Haul again. Then to have the nerve to charge a cleaning fee when it’s obvious that no cleaning was being done.

Nashier HI was charged an extra day for being 15 minutes late although the gas stations were very crowded because of shortage of gas it took me 30 minutes to get gas also I’ve always remembered through the years of dealing with you all half an hour grace.. I would like a refund for the extra day!

Nicolas RRemove the self check in app feature its not user friendly at all. Even after the check in it didn't submit the code to get the guy which caused another 30-40 minute wait. STSaviour Auto Inc 6344 Fairburn Rd Douglasville Ga 30134 This pick up location is the worse I have ever experienced!!! They didn't attempt to help us get checked in left me at the location for over an hour after I expressed not being able to download the app. I was on hold with uhaul for over 45 minutes trying to get help to get checked and to get a code. They finally opened the location up and were so nonchalant about the experience of my daughter in law or I and the fact that we both were late for work because of their lack of professionalism at this location. They didn't so much as offer any resolution for the issues they caused us.

Travis CThe original pick up location did not have the trailer I reserved. I was sent to a 2nd location and the guy said he didn’t do any paperwork. I went back to the original location but called the 800# on the way and finally found a location that had a trailer. This was a terrible waste of time. I drove 13 hours to get there and the process took more than two hours. The 3rd location on Fairburn road was great. Very friendly and helpful. I think I will just buy a trailer the next time I need on e rather than take a chance of going through this again
Jerry MLocation is trashy, not well kept at all. I’d be afraid to approach if I were alone. U-Haul was missing equipment. I ordered an appliance dolly which as not in the truck.
