The truck was fine, no issues. The location awful and not very friendly, plus they were late and did not setup the mobile process for me to get the truck. I had to lose an hour of valuable moving time because they were late for my 10am appointment time. The app is cool, but does not work right. If your phone screen shuts off, it automatically completes your pickup or drop off. It did it to me both times, so now I am NOT able to upload photos of the truck to you. I am taking my own photos to show it's clean and there is no new damage to it. If you need them, let me know and I can email them to you

The shop needs to be open on time!
David SReserved the equipment thru the Kennesaw location. The equipment was picked up at a third-party location. Had a tire issue that was brushed over. After packing the truck full, the next morning the truck tire was noticeably low. took it to where I reserved the rental. Had to wait until roadside assistance changed the tire. Lost between 2-3 hours and had to spend a night in a hotel. They offered a $30.00 meal voucher. I will never rent from U-Haul again.
Scott KY’all say it was $49 for a day but yet I was charged $69.
