I do not recommend them. They changed the pickup location for our truck twice, even though we were about to drive 20 hours. As a millitary family, We hired a company through them to help load our move, but the movers never showed up. We spent 40 minutes on the phone with customer service, and the issue was never resolved. As a result, we had to load everything ourselves in 7 hours something that it was supposed to be 3 hours. Later, when it was time to unload, we had to spend another 40 minutes on the phone just to make sure we would actually have help. The customer service was terrible, and the overall experience was very disappointing. I would not use this company again. So disappointed and feeling disrespected
