Tony W.Greetings Im contacting you to make a complaint. My rental experience ended in a bad way the dealer overcharged me for gas. Before returning the truck back to the original rental location I put fuel in the truck to the required limit. When I parked the car back into the parking lot I took a picture of the dash showing the current miles and the gas level. When I went back into the office I asked the lady does she want to see my picture and to verify everything before I leave she told me no. When I left the lot she calls me saying the gas is not at the correct limit. I sent her the picture I took and she told me my photo was incorrect. After going back and forth I told her I will contact corporate and she was very reluctant to give me her name. She eventually gave me her name which is Mary Jane which I do not know if that is her correct name. She made my Uhaul experience feel like I was getting scammed. I will never refer anyone there.
