Karen UssherThe truck was pulled on the side of store. He came out and told us we had to do everything. When asked why he began to yell and get very rude. He said it was not his responsibility to put the truck, trailer,and dolly into the correct spot. He began taking pictures of the driver which I told him not to. When I went in to give him the key he said he didn't want it because we park in the road and we would move the truck to take the truck to another location. We ended up doing everything ourselves because I didnt want an extra charge on my card. He was very rude and disrespectful.

Craig LasleyThe person was friendly and helpful, as well as professional. I needed a dolly desperately, but this location had none available. I had to rent a dolly from an equipment rental company. The cost was 35 dollars per day. It was terribly inconvenient not to have at least one dolly available.

Kiora LevineThe attendant was VERY rude and condescending. I would have thought since I was the only customer there both at pickup and return, he would have been a little more appreciative. I originally had a pickup at another location but the rental was not returned there and that attendant, who was VERY apologetic and helpful, sent me to the Stuckey's location as it was one of the few locations open on Sunday.

Koury JonesStore employee didn’t speak any English and was very rude because I was asking about the equipment but he couldn’t understand what I was saying. I had to do the transaction over the phone with another person related to the store and didn’t receive any paperwork. Will not ever go back to that location again.

DAVID WELTYTruck was dirty when I picked it up as the interior floor under the driver seat was covered in sand. Representative was very slow and had to enter my information numerous times. They seemed short staffed as he was running the u haul and the gas station attendant solo. Pick up process was not efficient.

JULIUS CAUSEYThe attendant at this location did all he could to make this an easy experience for us. There was a very slight language barrier, but it was not difficult to communicate. We were a bit bummed out because we ordered a 6’x12’ trailer and we were going to be given the newer one whose doors swung open to the sides, which we believe gave a bit more space compared to the older 6’x12’ trailer whose door slid up. (We put a king size mattress in there, which fit.) The issue was, the original trailer (newer one) was missing it’s license plate (maybe fell off in transport with last rental), so we couldn’t travel with it. Luckily, they had the other. Overall, the location is great with large enough space for U-Haul rentals, and attendant was great.

URIAH HALE-HUSKONIt was at a gas station that was not clean and the attendant was not friendly at all. I had to hook up the trailer myself and double check to make sure the lights worked.

Jonette HayesI tried to tell the guy that I filled up at 1:00 in the morning with $100 off my credit card and it wouldn’t take over $100. I tried multiple cards and nothing, kept saying it was full. So I couldn’t call customer service due to it being so early in the morning. He then argued with me and said the gas was not right and he wouldn’t accept it until I put gas in it from his pumps. So spent more money in it than I should have. Never again will I return to this location.
