If turning the truck into another location is not an option, please don't ask the customer as an option. I have never had this problem before.
claude M.I could hardly understand them. The main one was on the phone not in person. Then I had to rent the biggest truck just to pull a Escape. Very very bad experience.
Craig L.The person was friendly and helpful, as well as professional. I needed a dolly desperately, but this location had none available. I had to rent a dolly from an equipment rental company. The cost was 35 dollars per day. It was terribly inconvenient not to have at least one dolly available.
